Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is seeking enthusiastic Call Handler/Administrators for the Community Nursing Front of House Team in Cambourne and Peterborough. Flexible full-time 37.5h and part-time 30h roles available, with base locations in Cambourne or Phorpres House, Peterborough.

Travel across Cambridgeshire/Peterborough required. The role involves handling calls, providing admin support, data entry, and signposting.

Competenze

• Educated to GCE/GCSE standard.
• RSA stage II/NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent.
• Good command of written English.

Mansioni

• Provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team.
• Answer all telephone calls within the defined timeframe.
• Use effective telephone techniques with healthcare professionals, patients and other agencies.
• Record information in the chosen software timely and accurately.
• Maintain filing in paper and electronic records and keep up to date.
