Job summary

Cams Hill School in Fareham is seeking Lunchtime Supervisors to help create a safe, calm and enjoyable lunchtime experience for pupils. This 2-hour-per-day role runs during term time on 39 weeks a year, with supervision across dining areas, playgrounds and lunchtime spaces.

You will assist with canteen tills, light cleaning and litter picking, under the guidance of pastoral teams and senior staff. Ideal candidates are friendly, patient, reliable and team‑m oriented.

Qualifications

• You will supervise pupils in dining areas, playgrounds and other lunchtime spaces, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils where needed.
• You will help during the busiest part of lunch service by supporting the canteen tills, as well as helping to keep areas clean, tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and litter picking.
• You will not be working alone. Full guidance and support will be available from pastoral teams, duty staff and members of the Senior Leadership Team throughout the lunchtime period.
