Job summary

Red House School is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor for the Junior School to supervise pupils during the lunch break from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday, during term time. The role involves assisting teaching staff, monitoring pupil wellbeing and safety, and ensuring a safe, supportive lunchtime experience in line with school policies.

The successful candidate should be committed to working with children and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising children during lunchtimes or activities.
• Ability to monitor pupil wellbeing and safety.
• Ability to follow school policies and maintain boundaries with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch from 12.30–13.30, Monday to Friday (term time).
• Support teaching staff in monitoring pupil wellbeing and safety.
• Ensure a calm, positive lunchtime environment in line with school policies.
