Queen’s Crescent School, part of Pickwick Academy Trust in Chippenham, is recruiting a Mid-day Supervisory Assistant. You will supervise children at lunchtime, helping with play and meals while promoting safety, happiness and a welcoming environment.

The role values patient, approachable colleagues who enjoy working with children and are eager to contribute to a caring school community. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working with children is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils during play and lunch.
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment and work well in a school team.
