Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes. This role goes beyond driving; it’s about helping people and delivering great service with a smile. You’ll be hands-on and enjoy real variety, largely independent, with a supportive team back at base when you need them.

Starting pay £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in stores within the M25. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available. Flexible working and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic).
• Experience delivering to customers with a smile is preferred.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van, trays, and work area clean and organised.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions to customers politely and arrange refunds if needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and trust.
• Deliver within the customer's time slot and provide warm service at the doorstep.
