Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in Hertfordshire. The role is 32 hours per week (4 days in 6, including bank holidays) at £13.45 per hour, with bonus and company benefits.

You will deliver frozen meals, work in a -20°C coldstore with protective clothing, and assist the office and picking teams when required. A UK manual driving licence and good customer service are essential; DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Pre-shift inspection of van.
• Drive safely and legally.
• Refuel/clean van as needed.
• Report discrepancies or delays to office.
• Support office and picking teams when required.
• Participate in local marketing activities.
