Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a delivery driver to cover 24 hours per week across 3 days in 6, including bank holidays. You will deliver frozen meals to customers, work in a -20ºC coldstore, and use our app to update deliveries.

A UK manual driving licence and good customer service are essential, with a company bonus and benefits package. The role involves teamwork with the office and picking teams, local marketing activities, and flexibility to move between tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use app to update customers' deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Refuel/maintain your van as needed.
• Communicate any discrepancies or delays to office.
