Job summary

Wenzel’s the Bakers is looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team. You will work with a hardworking team preparing fresh ingredients and producing sandwiches, baguettes and other products to our company standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be trained to Wenzel’s Company standards, with progression opportunities and a 39-hour week over five days, including weekend shifts. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
• Flexibility to work across a 39-hour week, including weekends.
• Experience in food production is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting experience.
• Assist with stock management and displays.
• Oversee daily operations to drive sales and control costs.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Open or close the shop and manage shifts.
