Asda Stores Ltd. in West Bridgford is seeking a Fresh Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the Fresh department, ensuring top availability and shop floor standards.

You will manage waste and date code compliance, drive the shrink agenda, and lead a Fresh team to deliver strong store performance. The role is full-time, permanent, with a 45-hour week and a salary described as competitive, plus a wide range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor in a retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on food or non-food departments.
• Knowledge of improving availability, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy into action: Planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering great availability standards, key metrics and KRAs through routine and processes.
• Lead with impact: Engaging and coaching your team to constantly improve routine and process whilst creating a culture of selling with personality and get one more item in every basket whilst serving our customers with heart and pride.
