Job summary

We are looking for a motivated recruiter to source high-quality talent, draft engaging adverts, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through offer, onboarding and feedback, while working toward delivery targets with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Motivation to hit delivery targets and earn commission.
• Tenacious, resilient, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source high-quality talent using our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases and referrals.
• Draft and post engaging job adverts to attract talent.
• Proactively build pipelines of talent and understand upcoming projects and requirements with your team.
• Review CVs and conduct phone screenings to assess suitability and motivation.
• Brief candidates on suitable roles and interview processes.
• Check right-to-work documentation, qualifications and references.
• Schedule candidate interviews with clients and deliver constructive feedback.
• Guide candidates through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding stages.
• Keep our internal database updated with accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source high-quality talent using our internal database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards internal databases and referrals.
• Draft and post engaging job adverts to attract talent.
• Proactively build pipelines of talent and work closely alongside your team/manager to understand upcoming projects and requirements.

Candidate Screening

• Review CV’s and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and motivation.
• Brief candidates on suitable roles and interview processes.
• Check right-to-work documentation, qualifications and references.

Relationship Management

• Schedule candidate interviews with clients and deliver constructive feedback.
• Guide candidates through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding stages.
• Keep our internal database updated with accurate candidate records.
