Job summary

PureSpectrum, Inc. in London is seeking a Project Manager to join our Services team. You will drive day-to-day delivery of services projects for customers, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high-quality results.

The role requires collaboration with sales, client success, and product teams to optimize outcomes. You will apply market research principles to guide client solutions, manage multiple projects, and help advance service offerings across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a client-facing operations or project management role.
• Fluent in French, speaking and writing required.
• Consultative approach to addressing customer needs and project requirements.
• Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data for project delivery.
• Proven ability to communicate across teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across an organization and with customers.
• Critical thinking, proactive problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn, use, and demonstrate new technologies.
• Experience in market research project management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be known as a resource across the team for project delivery, client service offerings, and delivery process.
• Provide effective leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality.
• Oversee medium-complexity projects with minimal supervision for full-service and sample-only work.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery performance and efficiency.
• Support growth with sales through feedback on performance, pricing, and proposals.
• Leverage market research experience to recommend solutions addressing objectives.
• Own and address problematic situations with actionable resolutions.
• Support feature development and test new functionality on PureSpectrum platforms.
• Contribute to OKRs and promote a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Develop understanding of insights industry trends to meet client needs.
