Job summary

Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd seeks a French-speaking Project Manager to join our client, a leading event marketing agency. You will deliver digital event platforms on specification, on time and within budget, with strong project-management skills and fluent French and English communication.

You will build and configure projects, guide clients, deliver client presentations and trainings, and coordinate with Development and Customer Experience teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and fluent English communication are essential.
• Strong project-management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure projects on the digital event platform to maximise networking opportunities.
• Provide professional guidance to clients to ensure platform suitability for their event sector, users and objectives.
• Deliver presentations to clients and platform users, and train them on platform functionality.
• Liaise with the Development team to stay updated and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to ensure project readiness and effective service delivery.
• Maintain high product quality and seek to exceed expectations.
• Keep internal systems and processes accurately maintained.
