Mintel is seeking a pragmatic Project Manager to own Field Services projects from scoping to delivery. You will translate client requirements into clear plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and ensure quality, timing and margin for every project.

You will lead multiple projects across markets and time zones, coordinating field associates, suppliers and internal Mintel teams to deliver accurate data, timely updates and strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, dependencies and budgets.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
• Proactive and confident when working with clients and internal stakeholders, with the ability to constructively challenge situations, and manage difficult conversations.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively both in person and over the phone.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional emails to clients and provide project updates.
• Commercial awareness and experience monitoring costs, revenue, margin or other financial measures.
• Commitment to data quality, accurate documentation and consistent delivery standards.
• Comfortable working with colleagues, clients and field associates across different cultures, countries and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of assigned Field Services projects from scoping and set-up through fieldwork, quality assurance, client delivery and invoicing.
• Build and maintain clear project plans covering milestones, deadlines, responsibilities, dependencies, quality checks and client deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, balancing ongoing programmes with fast-moving ad hoc requests.
• Ensure project status, documentation and key decisions are accurate and up to date.
• Act as the day-to-day project contact for clients and internal stakeholders, setting clear expectations and providing concise progress updates.
