Job summary

NET-A-PORTER is seeking a Personal Shopping Operations (French Speaking) team member in London to ensure the smooth running of the Personal Shopping department. You will support seamless customer service, resolve operational challenges and maintain personalised client communications.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, process orders, returns and reservations, create bespoke client edits, maintain client profiles, and assist with stock requests and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or client services is preferred.
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily order issues, returns, and stock discrepancies.
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, pre-orders and reservations.
• Create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and up-to-date lists.
