Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a French-speaking Personal Shopping Operations team member to support the Personal Shopping department at our Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush office. You will ensure seamless client service, resolve operational challenges and craft personalised client communications while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or client services is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while delivering detail.
• Excellent communication skills and strong relationship-building across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-to-end client service and follow-up for Personal Shoppers.
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, pre-orders and reservations accurately.
• Liaise with departments to resolve issues and follow up until completion.
• Create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and lists for personalised service.
• Assist with events setup and travel to support client activations.
