LuxExperience in London is seeking a passionate Personal Shopping Operations specialist (French Speaking) to support seamless client service in our Westfield Shepherd's Bush team. Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or sales/operations roles, with a history of achieving results and a passion for fashion and styling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, meeting deadlines with great attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional end-to-end client service & follow up: resolve daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies; support Personal Shoppers with orders and reservations; provide timely assistance on orders and product queries; liaise with departments to resolve issues and follow up.
• Support Personal Shoppers to close sales: create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing; monitor client responses and tailor follow up; build customer profiles for personalised service.
• Stock requests management: arrange samples and stock for client style suites; manage consignment deliveries; assist with events setup and travel to support activations.
