Job summary

Randox Laboratories is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Manager based in London to lead sales efforts in France. You will promote Clinical Chemistry Analysers, Reagents, and Quality Control Materials, while developing new business and maintaining key accounts.

This role involves day-to-day management of sales staff, achieving regional targets, and regular international travel to meet clients and attend exhibitions. Strong client-facing skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a Life Science or Business-related discipline.
• Previous experience within a sales position.
• Leadership experience within a sales team.
• Fluent in French and English at business or native level.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Randox Clinical products in France, especially QC range.
• Develop and maintain customers; identify new business opportunities.
• Manage sales staff on day-to-day activities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within the region.
• Attend sales exhibitions and events; travel for client visits.
• Prepare sales reports and use the Randox CRM daily.
