We are looking for an ambitious Logistics & Freight Sales Coordinator to drive growth and build strong relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You’ll be at the heart of our sales efforts, working across air, ocean, and road freight to develop business opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics & Freight Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Research and develop new UK and global sales opportunities in freight forwarding.
• Liaise with carriers, monitor market trends, and evaluate freight rates (FCL, LCL, Road & Air).
• Maximise sales potential across our full-service offering: air, sea, and road transport.
• Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships and understand their logistics needs.
• Respond to and review sales quote requests via email.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools.
• Represent Trinity at industry networking events to promote our services and expand your contact base.
• Competitive salary: £32,000 – £35,000 with clear progression potential

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales
• Background in data freight or model trans systems is desirable
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
• A proactive and motivated attitude, with a team-focused mindset
• CRM and sales tracking system experience preferred
