Qualifications

• Previous experience in road freight, transport or logistics operations is essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of post-Brexit customs procedures.
• Experience operating UK-Benelux road freight movements.
• Experience using transport management systems.
• Understanding of CMR documentation and customs processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service and manage client requirements professionally.
• Produce accurate and competitive quotations following company pricing guidelines.
• Manage customer bookings from enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate transport movements with operations teams in the Netherlands.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers on operational updates.
• Obtain and verify all documentation for transport movements, including customs where required.
• Liaise with customs to ensure export/import processes are accurate.
• Input and maintain shipment information in company systems.
• Generate accurate customer invoices and resolve invoice queries promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage long-term growth.
