• Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines.
• Flexible hours, including weekends when required.

• Coordinate ocean import shipments from start to finish, including clearances, quotations and deliveries.
• Prepare customs entries, manage job costing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Maintain accurate shipment milestones, reports and system updates.
• Follow operational procedures, KPIs and strict deadlines.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolve customer and supplier queries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
• Support month-end reporting, compliance and cost control activities.
• Assist with rates reviews and customer development initiatives.
• Ensure all activities meet relevant customs, health and safety, security and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Freight Forwarder, you'll manage end-to-end ocean import activities, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly and in line with customer expectations.
