Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a Freight Coordinator to manage shipments from booking to delivery, coordinating Ocean and Road Freight movements. The role requires liaising with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas partners, and handling shipping and customs documentation.

You will track shipments, resolve issues, build strong customer and supplier relationships, and take ownership to ensure excellent service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Some experience in freight, logistics, customer service or administration.
• Willing to develop skills and build a long-term career in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from booking through to final delivery.
• Coordinate Ocean and Road Freight movements.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, shipping lines and overseas partners.
• Manage shipping and customs documentation.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues.
• Build strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Take ownership of your shipments and ensure excellent service.
