Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking an Ocean/Road Export Coordinator in Rotherham to manage shipments from booking to delivery in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires experience in Ocean or Road export operations, strong communication, and a focus on profitability and compliance with UK customs regulations. Salary offers up to £33,000 DOE, with traditional office hours and parking available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight Exports or Road Freight Exports or Freight Forwarding Operations.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and international freight procedures.
• Understanding of UK Customs regulations and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international Ocean and European Road export shipments from start to finish.
• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Verify shipment information for accurate, profitable invoicing.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines and hauliers to control shipments.
