Job summary

A freelance Site Manager is needed by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd for a three-week project starting ASAP, involving air conditioning, venting and M&E installations. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety standards are upheld across contractor teams.

The role requires 4+ years as a Site Manager in commercial settings, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, plus a UK driving licence and own vehicle. Weekly pay on Friday, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial environments.
• Ability to supervise installation teams and liaise with clients.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and site compliance.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications required.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and senior management team
• Oversee and manage installation of air con, M&E, and venting systems
• Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Liaise with client regularly
