Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years previous experience in construction (secure environment preferred).
• Experience on public sector, MoJ, prison or secure environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities to keep project on time, budget and to specification.
• Coordinate and manage contracts and subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance within secure environment procedures and site access rules.
• Maintain daily records, reports and progress updates.
