Job summary

Fawkes & Reece (North) is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a 3-week assignment in Scunthorpe to oversee the installation of air conditioning, venting and M&E works.

You will report to the Project Manager and senior management, ensure H&S standards, monitor progress, coordinate with design teams and client representatives, and liaise with the client regularly. Requires 4+ years as a Site Manager in commercial environments and CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, plus a UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities).
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities
