O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Freelance Site Manager for a prestigious residential development in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. You will report to the Senior Site Manager and oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safe, efficient delivery to high standards.

The role requires volume-housebuilding experience, strong leadership and subcontractor management, with a focus on health, safety and quality. 3-4 month contract on site with strong client and team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
• Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction.
• Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.

Aufgaben

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site.
• Maintaining the construction programme and key deadlines.
• Ensuring high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Carrying out quality inspections and snagging requirements.
• Coordinating labour, materials and plant on site.
• Working with the Contracts Manager and wider team.
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress.
• Ensuring homes are delivered to required quality and customer standards.
