Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Freelance Site Manager in Loughborough for a 3-week contract with an air conditioning and M&E installation focus. You will report directly to the Project Manager, oversee installation activities, and ensure safety standards are followed on site.

The role requires at least 4+ years as a Site Manager in commercial environments, CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid, and a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Weekly pay on Fridays is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years experience as a Site Manager in commercial settings.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid qualifications are required.
• UK driving licence and own vehicle access.

We are looking for a Site Manager for 3 weeks starting ASAP for installation of new air conditioning, venting, and M&E.

• Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
