Job summary

Solum Assets Ltd is seeking a Freelance Site Engineer for a 6-month contract in Leeds City Centre. The role focuses on civil engineering and commercial groundworks, including foundations and drainage, with a daily rate of £350-£450 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will manage site activities for foundations, drainage and associated groundworks, ensuring quality and safety compliance on a busy urban project.

Qualifications

• SMSTS & CSCS cards
• Strong understanding of commercial groundworks and civil engineering packages

Responsibilities

• Support foundations, drainage and commercial groundworks packages on the Leeds project.
• Assist with excavations, RC and concrete works as required.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.

Circa £320 - £400 per day for Site Engineer

Site Engineer needed for Foundations, Drainage and Commercial Groundworks packages

Covering civil engineering and groundworks project work including:

• * Excavations
• * Foundations, and Drainage
• * Tanks, ponds, etc
• * RC and other Concrete works
• * Hard and soft landscaping

Site Engineer Requirements:

• * A strong understanding and experience of commercial groundworks and civil engineering packages
• * SMSTS & CSCS cards

Site Engineer Rewards:

• * Freelance contract for around 6 months
• * Daily rate £350 - £450 depending on experience and location
