Job summary

Solum Assets Ltd is seeking a Freelance Project Manager for a six-month Leeds City Centre project in civil engineering and commercial groundworks. You will oversee foundations, drainage and associated groundworks packages, coordinating with subcontractors and clients to keep site progress on track.

The role requires proven groundworks experience, NEC/JCT knowledge and site qualifications (SMSTS and CSCS). Daily rate ranges from £350 to £450, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

• Strong groundworks and civil engineering package experience.
• Familiar with NEC and JCT contract forms.

• Excavations
• Foundations, and Drainage

• RC and other Concrete works

Project Manager Requirements:

• A strong understanding and experience of commercial groundworks and civil engineering packages
• NEC and JCT knowledge
• SMSTS & CSCS cards

Project Manager Rewards:
