Job summary

Linear Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Administrator for short-term support on two live construction projects in the North East. Initially on a Bedlington site for about two weeks, then Sunderland for two to three weeks, you will manage daily admin and keep documentation up to date to ensure smooth site operations.

You will support the site management team, maintain records, inductions, and health & safety files, and handle inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Administrator in construction or similar environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to site management.
• Maintain site records and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage inductions and site personnel records.
• File health and safety documentation.
• Order office supplies and PPE as required.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers and project information.
• Handle phone and email enquiries and support the Site Manager.
