Job summary

Linear Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide short-term support on two live construction projects in the North East. The role starts on a Bedlington site for up to 2 weeks and then moves to Sunderland for 2–3 weeks.

You will handle day-to-day admin for the site management team, keep records up to date, manage inductions, PPE orders and queries, and help the wider project team run smoothly. Immediate start on a freelance 4–5 week contract.

Qualifications

• Site Administrator experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage workload.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• General site administration and office support.
• Maintaining site records and documentation.
• Managing inductions and site personnel records.
• Filing health & safety documentation.
• Ordering office supplies and PPE as required.
• Updating spreadsheets, trackers and project information.
• Assisting the Site Manager with administrative tasks.
