Job summary

Linear Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven temporary Site Manager to assist in the delivery of a high-quality, 175-home residential development comprising a mix of apartments and town houses.

This role requires overseeing site operations from construction through to completion, maintaining safety, quality and programme delivery while coordinating subcontractors and consultants. Immediate start for roughly 12 months, with a hands-on leadership approach on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site management on residential developments.
• Ability to manage programmes and coordinate subcontractors.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for safe, efficient site operations across blocks and plots.
• Drive progress against the construction programme to meet milestones.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage resources and resolve site issues promptly.
• Oversee handover of completed homes and ensure customer satisfaction.
