Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan is recruiting a Senior Site Manager to lead a major residential development. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and drive the programme to on-time completion, while upholding safety and quality expectations.

The role targets a proven residential professional with strong leadership and delivery track record, ideally within a PLC housebuilder, with an initial freelance rate of £350 per day and a pathway to a £75,000+ annual package.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating site operations, subcontractors and personnel.

• Maintaining health & safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborating with project teams for efficient delivery.
• Providing decisive leadership to the site management team.
