About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, which can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the best talent supports our growth and enhances our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape recruitment strategy for a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing top talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
