About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, which can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious London club and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Use various sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms, to build a talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.

About you:

• Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks.
