About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Managing Director. This role can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring the best talent supports our growth and enhances our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media and industry platforms, to build a talent pipeline.
• Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
