Job Details

This position is for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the U.K. who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are seeking additional ad hoc work.

Eligibility Criteria

• No prior experience in the property industry required.
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and comfort working independently are essential.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Proof of a recent DBS or Disclosure Scotland check (within the last three years).
• Completion of a short online form confirming your Accreditation scheme and Assessor ID to receive appointment invitations.

Compensation

Payment is £51.50 per assessment (including lodgement fee), for properties up to 6 bedrooms. Viewber Members receive email invitations for appointments and can choose to accept or decline based on their interest.
