Job description

We're currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the U.K. qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and seeking additional ad hoc work.

Eligibility criteria

No prior experience in the property industry is required to become a Domestic Energy Assessor Member. However, applicants must have excellent communication skills, be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working alone. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential. Applicants must also provide proof of a recent (within the last three years) basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) or Disclosure Scotland certificate. To receive invitations for Domestic Energy Assessment appointments, you will need to complete a short online form confirming your Accreditation scheme and Assessor ID.

Payment

Payment is offered at £51.50 per assessment appointment, including lodgement fees, for properties with up to 6 bedrooms. Viewber Members receive email invitations for each appointment and can choose to accept or reject assignments based on their interest.
