Job Details

This opportunity is for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the U.K. who can produce Energy Performance Certificates and seek additional ad hoc work.

Eligibility Criteria

• No prior property industry experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality, reliability, and comfort working independently.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proof of a recent basic disclosure and barring check (DBS) or Disclosure Scotland certificate.
• Completion of a short online form confirming your Accreditation scheme and Assessor ID to receive assessment invitations.

Compensation

£51.50 per assessment (including lodgement fee) for properties up to 6 bedrooms. Members receive email invitations and can accept or reject assignments.
