Role Information

DUTIES

  1. Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
  2. Plan qualification delivery in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with external requirements.
  3. Provide support systems to facilitate retention, achievement, and progression.
  4. Complete all E-registers promptly and to the required standards.
  5. Monitor and report learner attendance and performance regularly.
  6. Address learner requirements swiftly and effectively.
  7. Deliver engaging teaching, learning, and assessment for positive learner experiences and timely achievement.
  8. Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews, including setting SMART targets.
  9. Ensure timely completion of assessments and documentation to meet organizational and accreditation standards.
  10. Submit portfolios for verification punctually and collaborate with IV for quality improvement.
  11. Participate in relevant CPD activities and maintain records.
  12. Contribute to learner disciplinary procedures when appropriate.
  13. Attend standardisation and team meetings to enhance performance.
  14. Promote safe working practices and safeguarding in line with policies.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to safeguarding, Prevent, and health & safety policies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to learners, colleagues, and clients.
