Role Information

DUTIES

1. Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
2. Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members that complies with all external requirements.
3. Ensure support systems are provided to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
4. Complete all E-registers promptly to the required standards.
5. Monitor attendance and performance of learners and report effectively to management.
6. Address learner requirements swiftly and effectively.
7. Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
8. Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews according to learner needs, including setting SMART targets.
9. Complete assessments and documentation timely to meet awarding body, audit, and organizational standards.
10. Submit portfolios for verification and work with IV to ensure quality improvement.
11. Participate in relevant learning and development activities and maintain CPD records.
12. Contribute to learner disciplinary processes as appropriate.
13. Attend standardisation and team meetings to develop performance.

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
