Role Information

DUTIES

  1. Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
  2. Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members, ensuring compliance with all external requirements.
  3. Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
  4. Complete all E-registers promptly to the required standards.
  5. Monitor learner attendance and performance, reporting effectively to management.
  6. Address learner requirements promptly and effectively.
  7. Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
  8. Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews tailored to learner needs, including setting SMART targets.
  9. Ensure assessment and documentation are completed timely to meet organizational, audit, and awarding body standards.
  10. Submit portfolios for verification punctually and collaborate with IV to ensure quality improvement.
  11. Engage in relevant CPD activities and maintain records.
  12. Contribute to learner disciplinary procedures as appropriate.
  13. Attend standardization and team meetings at designated centers to enhance team and individual performance.
  14. Promote and ensure safe working practices and safeguarding in line with policies.

Note: Associate tutors are self-employed, responsible for tax and NI contributions, and must have a UTR number. We cannot work with Ltd companies; sole trader status is required.
