Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development in Brighton on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to handover and coordinating trades to meet timelines.

The role requires a proven track record on site, strong build process knowledge, and valid CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid certificates. A long-term contract with a competitive day rate awaits the right candidate.

Competenze

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid.

Mansioni

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion.
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site.
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.
• Ensuring H&S compliance across the site.
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently.
