Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a busy residential development in Worthing. The freelance role involves supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to handover.

You will oversee plots, coordinate trades, ensure on-site H&S compliance, and maintain quality control with a focus on snagging. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid valid.

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
