Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for Emerging Fraud & Abuse to lead discovery, investigation, and mitigation of new abuse vectors across our platform. You will quantify impact, influence product strategy, and design scalable controls to stay ahead of fraudsters.

The role requires strategic problem solving, deep analytics, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Policy to protect customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience investigating complex fraud, abuse, or operational risk problems.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Structured approach to solving ambiguous problems with limited information.
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams without direct authority.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Strong commercial judgement and balancing customer experience with risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Identify emerging abuse and vulnerabilities across products, journeys, and operations.
• Define roadmap for emerging fraud prevention and priority risks.
• Lead investigations to understand abuse pathways and strengthen controls.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Legal, Finance, and Data Science to embed prevention in development.
