Job summary

Capital on Tap is looking for a Learning & Development specialist to design and deliver training across financial crime, fraud and disputes for our Support Services team in Manchester. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical training, maintain knowledge assets, and ensure frontline colleagues are supported with accurate information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development or Real-Time Coaching role in a fast-paced Customer Operations environment.
• Good working knowledge of financial crime, fraud typologies, and disputes handling.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complex regulatory and operational processes into clear, engaging training materials.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple document updates and sign-offs within strict timelines.
• Ability to build relationships across Financial Crime, Fraud, Disputes, and Compliance teams.
• Experience using performance and feedback metrics to drive programme improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training across financial crime, fraud, and disputes for new hires and existing staff.
• Develop engaging training sessions and workshops on fraud typologies, financial crime risks, and related updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate regulatory requirements into materials.
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle of training materials and knowledge assets.
• Maintain sign-off protocols for training assets to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to drive improvements.
• Keep training content up to date with emerging trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure coverage for training delivery and frontline support across working hours.
