Job summary

Capital on Tap is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist within our Support Services/Customer Operations. You will design and deliver training across financial crime, fraud, and disputes, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical content for frontline colleagues.

You’ll collaborate with Financial Crime, Fraud, Disputes, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of knowledge assets, while maintaining comprehensive sign-off protocols and evaluating training

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or Real-Time Coaching in a fast-paced Customer Operations environment.
• Good working knowledge of financial crime, fraud typologies, and disputes handling.
• Ability to simplify complex regulatory and operational processes into training materials.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple document updates and stakeholder sign-offs on tight timelines.
• Ability to build relationships across Financial Crime, Fraud, Disputes, and Compliance teams for quality service.
• Experience using performance and feedback metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Adaptable, pragmatic and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes covering financial crime, fraud, and disputes for new hires and existing Customer Support colleagues, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Develop, deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops on fraud typologies and financial crime risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate regulatory and operational requirements into training materials.
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle of training materials and shared knowledge assets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain sign-off protocols for training assets to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and case outcomes to drive improvements.
• Stay up to date with emerging fraud trends and regulatory changes and update content accordingly.
• Ensure flexible working hours to maintain coverage for training delivery and frontline support.
