HF in Salford is seeking a Fraud & Causation Solicitor to join the hybrid, permanent team. The role covers counter-fraud work across insurer clients with a focus on high-stakes litigation and advocacy. Responsibilities

Handle your own caseload across DA and non-DA fraud and causation matters (approx. 80/20 split).
Comply with SLAs, court deadlines, and CPR procedural rules.
Carry out advocacy work on applications and case management conferences.
Identify fraudulent activity and liaise with intelligence analysts.
Advise insurer clients with precision and professionalism.
Update MI reports and manage databases.
Negotiate with solicitors, clients, and insurers.
Keep legal expertise razor-sharp through training and development.

What you’ll be doing
