Cubic Transportation Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fraud and Applications Support Analyst to provide second line technical support across 20+ applications and databases. You will troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and escalate where needed, while designing fraud reports and enforcing security controls.

You'll work with Back Office (Unix, Wintel) and IT (Oracle, MS SQL), liaising with remote teams and customers across regions.

Qualificações

• BA/BSc in IT or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with fraud detection or financial applications is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT security and data handling best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide second line application support including system administration and incident resolution.
• Develop fraud reports to identify instances of fraud.
• Support 24/7/365 operations and liaise with remote teams.
• Assist Back Office (Unix, Wintel) and IT (Oracle, MS SQL) as needed.
• Review and improve support documentation and SLAs.
