Qualifications

• Experience in fraud detection and prevention in a cyber security or fintech environment.
• Strong communication skills with C-level to operational fraud teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with BioCatch customers to maximize value from solutions.
• Provide SME support to customers to drive use of BioCatch in strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Data Science to improve fraud detection while minimizing friction.
• Educate customers on BioCatch and Behavioural Biometrics for key use cases.
• Deliver reporting and insights on fraud detection performance.
